Conflict Resolution in Our Communities

Resolution Washington is the member association for 21 Dispute Resolution Centers (DRCs) in Washington State, empowering people to resolve disputes with community-based mediation services and training.

 

DRCs are dedicated to bringing conflict resolution services and promoting dialogue in communities across the state. Each DRC offers programs tailored to meet their community’s specific needs. All local DRCs provide a wide range of services for individuals and organizations. A DRC can help with:

 

  • Conflicts related to divorce

  • Parenting plans

  • Workplace issues

  • Small claims court

  • Parent/child conflicts

  • Neighbor disputes

  • Landlord/tenant problems

  • Victim/offender conflicts

  • Elder-care issues

Many DRCs also provide housing stability and conflict resolution services, and community engagement meeting facilitation on topics such as homelessness shelter planning and civility projects. Check your local DRC’s website below to see what specific services are offered for your community.
